Discover the Healing Power of Rappeh
Rappeh is a traditional Amazonian nasal clearing powder that consists of different types of medicinal ashes, plants, and often tobacco.
This fine-powdered medicine is administered through the nasal pathways using a Kuripe. Once it enters into the system its sacred healing powers begin to ground, clear, and relax the mind.
Rappeh connects us to the spirit of the forest and is used with intention for deep clearing. When the medicine is being administered it’s helpful to have an intention of what blockages you wish to clear.
Rappeh is the essence of the grandfather medecine Mapacho and supports sharpening vision and outlook. It is said to decalcify teh pineal gland and is a powerful agent in cleansing and grounding. It can help with feelings of stuckness and also can provide powerful insights. This medecine has no hallucinogenic properties, much alike cacao.

Please bring a journal with your intentions ready for the ceremony. Intentions may be something you want to bring in, and/or something you want to heal and release. I will have the space and everything else you will need ready for you.
PREPARATION:
Do not have a meal At least 2-3 hours prior to your session. A smoothie is ok. It’s also helpful to eat a balanced diet in the days leading up to this work.
It’s recommended to refrain from alcohol for 24 hrs, and no recreational drugs within 24 hours before or after the session.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY MEDICATIONS, SUBSTANCES OR SUPPLEMENTS THAT YOU ARE TAKING. SOME ARE CONTRAINDICATED, AND SOME NEED MORE TIME TO EXIT THE SYSTEM. PLEASE INFORM ME IF YOU HAVE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE. LOW BLOOD PRESSURE THAT IS MEDICATED IS CONTRAINDICATED FOR RPPEH.*
