Mat Based Bodywork & Massage Therapy that combines the wisdom of shiatsu, thai yoga massage and a unique approach to deep tissue, acupressure and fascial unwinding. This treatment may contain one or more touch techniques and manual therapies such as trigger point release, fascial unwinding, connective-tissue re-patterning to release tension and stress, help with increasing flexibility & relieve muscular tightness.
